FARMERS NOTE: Every animal is unique in both weight and marbling. We feed all our animals the same diet of fresh grass, dried hay, a special Wagyu grain mix daily, and all the fresh well water they can drink. Our goal is consistency from animal to animal. Hanging weight will vary animal to animal, which is why our final pricing is based on actual hanging weight.

FARMERS NOTE: Due to the nature of butchering, each Whole Share will come with approximately 160–200 lbs Premium Ground Wagyu (85/15). Our butcher understands the value of each ounce of Wagyu and saves as much of the trimmings as possible.
