1. SMART CLUB REWARDS Member: As a Member, there nothing you need to do to join our Influencer Program. You are already enrolled! To Activate HERD REWARDS, place orders totaling $300 or more by December 31 to become qualified to start earning 5% on any Friends future purchases after they become qualified.
*To remain qualified, you must spend at least $300 every calendar year. Upon becoming a CLUB MEMBER, we will send you an email about the program. The program is both automatic and optional. Once qualified, we will send you another email with a Registration Form to return to activate HERD REWARDS. HERD REWARDS are taxable as “small business income.” Consult your tax advisor for deductions you are now legally entitled to use.

No. You will still earn 1000 coins for Joining to be used in the future. However, your first order 1000 coins will expire if you don’t place an order.
Yes. They expire after three (2) years of inactivity – no order placed. Our rewards are to encourage the purchasing of our Wagyu products. We believe in Value for Money! If at any time, you feel you are not getting that value, you will no longer place an order. Inactivity is our trigger to remove your account and free up space for others.
There is no limit to the number of Friends you can refer to the CLUB. You earn 500 coins for each influenced Friend. Do you know a restaurant or food truck owner? You can refer them also! These Friends will become more valuable once you become HERD Qualified!
Yes. Of course. We are in the planning and setup stages of adding a shipping option for our members. This is not as easy as one would think when it comes to food items. In the meantime, shipping is available on a case by case basis. Contact us via email.
