Whole 100% American Bresse (FB-ABWC)

We raise pure breed American Bresse chickens on open pasture supplementing their feed with a unique blend of grains and oyster shell. We never use hormones or antibiotics. The American Bresse is the import version of the world famous French Bresse. Same genetics, but like “Champagne”, we can’t call our birds by their heritage name. Known for its flavor and meat tenderness because of the way it is raised and uniquely finished. We follow the same rigorous process with our flock, so you can experience what few outside of Europe get to experience. Chickens that exhibit health issues are immediately culled from our flock to prevent potential spread. Once tasted, you’ll never buy grocery birds again! Each bird is dressed whole and individually vacuum packed and ready for pickup at the Farm, or we can arrange shipping in insulated packaging.

A Whole Bresse contains approximately 5-8lbs dressed weight

Actual weight (+/- 5%) may vary based on size of animal.  Orders take 1-2 weeks to process if not immediately available.  We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup at the Farm.
