We raise pure breed American Bresse chickens on open pasture supplementing their feed with a unique blend of grains and oyster shell. We never use hormones or antibiotics. Chickens that exhibit health issues are immediately culled from our flock to prevent potential spread. The American Bresse is the import version of the world famous French Bresse. Same genetics, but like “Champagne”, we can’t call our birds by their heritage name. Known for its flavor and meat tenderness because of the way it is raised and uniquely finished.
