As a more affordable option, we are offering you the finest Wagyu beef sampling from our ranch with our exclusive Japanese Wagyu Beef Box, featuring 20# of 100% Full Blood Japanese style Wagyu.

Each box includes 50% premium hamburger and 50% a selection of other cuts.  Raised with care and dedication, our Wagyu beef offers rich flavors and superior quality.

Our Wagyu cattle will be humanely harvested in December and January 2025/26, ensuring the highest quality and flavor.  Each will be individually wrap by our Butcher.  Approximately 3-6 weeks later, in beginning January 2026, your Wagyu boxes will be ready for delivery or pickup at our ranch in Mossyrock, Washington.  We will contact you by email when your box is available.

We’re committed to providing flexible options, so you can choose what works best for you-have your order delivered straight to your door (within 50 mile radius of Mossyrock – or $50 add-on delivery charge elsewhere) or visit us for a ranch pickup experience.
