Kurobuta means “Black Pig” in Japanese.  Our pasture raised Kurobuta Pork is a taste sensation not to be missed!  This pork comes from the Berkshire pig, a heritage breed that is highly regarded for its superior meat quality.  It’s called the “Wagyu” of Pork because of its unique marbling similar to the Wagyu.  It’s marbling contributes to its moistness, richness, and depth of flavor like no other pork product can.  All cuts are individually vacuum packed and ready for pickup at Butcher, the Farm, or we can arrange shipping in insulated packaging.

A Whole pork contains approximately 200-300 lbs hanging wt. and cut as follows:

***Upon receipt of your order, we will email you a butcher cut sheet for your selected butchering. Once we confirm your desired cut instructions, we will process your order. Final invoicing will occur when Butcher determines actual hanging weight of carcass assigned to your order***

NOTES:

Cut lists from Butcher updated as of May 31, 2025.  Whole beef requires 8-10cf of freezer space.  Actual weight and sizes of cuts may vary based on size of animal.  Orders take 2-4 weeks to process once animal is sent to butcher.  Save Butcher to Farm delivery cost ($25 per order) by picking up your order from the butcher when ready.  Email us at mossyrockwagyu@gmail.com to make arrangements for you to pick up your order from the Farm.
